I approached this project by thinking like both a strategist and a founder, asking the questions entrepreneurs are often afraid to ask:
Why do founders feel stuck even when revenue is growing?
Where does chaos usually appear — clarity, capital, or execution?
How do high-level systems get communicated without overwhelming people?
What builds trust fastest in industries like funding, operations, and advisory?
The research phase focused on understanding decision fatigue, credibility gaps, and trust psychology. These insights shaped Roy Global into a brand that doesn’t just advise — it installs systems, positioning the company as a partner for founders ready to operate like CEOs.

I designed the visual identity and web experience to reflect authority and confidence, using whitespace, structured layouts, and subtle luxury cues. Every design choice served a purpose:
Clean typography to communicate clarity
Gold accents to symbolize capital and trust
Minimal layouts to reduce cognitive overload
The goal was simple:
When someone lands on Roy Global, they immediately feel “This is structured. This is serious. This is safe.”
