I approached this project with a user-first mindset, focusing on clarity, trust, and emotional reassurance. From the start, I asked critical questions:

How do we communicate legal authority without sounding cold or intimidating?
What builds trust across multiple pages — not just the homepage?
How can content be structured so users feel guided, not pressured?
